Each jar is 125 mL and is canned in a hot water bath for shelf stability. Will stay good for up to two years if stored in a dark dry space. Will last in the fridge for up to a month or in the freezer for two months.
Alcohol content does cook off during production. Only the amazing taste lingers. Note for 2025: alcohol used is Canadian whisky aged in bourbon barrels, due to international tariffs.
